So here is what she shared….
Do this every day.
1) Spend time in childhood – lean into your sense of wonder & curiosity & play
2) Do work that gives you meaning (to get a sense of productivity – that you can do difficult things)
3) Spend time in solitude – (it is where great thinking can happen)
4) Spend time in community & engage with others
5) Be a retiree – spend time reflecting on your day
Careers can be stressful so having routines or structures to help you are important.
