Carolyn Novick, Founder
Drawing on over 30 years building a career in marketing and business development for renowned multi-national companies like Coca-Cola Ltd. and H.J. Heinz.
Carolyn has now embarked on a lifetime passion for coaching and mentoring aspiring professionals to help build their business confidence and propel their success in a corporate environment.
She focuses her coaching on helping her clients recognize, nurture and “truly” believe in the strength of their capabilities, while also helping them build on core development areas.
Carolyn is known to be a creative problem solver that establishes genuine and collaborative relationships that drive results.
Carolyn lives in Toronto with her husband and has three children who are all just embarking on their respective career journeys. Carolyn received her honours business degree from the University of Western Ontario Business School, (now the Ivey Business School), was an elected board member of the Ontario Dairy Council and is a certified coach.
